- Useful to bring: a jar or container, something to write with, a linen bag or bread bag
WHO (registration required)
We work in a small group and will go intensively through the process with a mix of theory and practice. No prior knowledge is needed.

Every participant goes home with a loaf of bread, the recipe and process, and a piece of starter (please bring a jar/container for this).
